Return & Refund Policy

We value your trust and satisfaction. Our products go through strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

  • Customers must send clear unboxing photos and videos showing the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • No returns will be accepted without unboxing proof.

2. Return Process

  • Email the photos/videos along with your order ID to offwallclothing24@gmail.com.

  • Our team will review your request and inform you about approval within 2–3 business days.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For approved returns/exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days
  • For return items, Shipping charges will apply

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange is only available if the received product is defective and the same product or size is in stock.

6. Return Shipping Charges


In case of an approved return, a ₹99 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics costs.
